Standard weekday delivery to the UK is included in the price of our beds, but if you require your purchase to be delivered there at other times there is a charge. You should select your delivery option from the menu when making, or browsing for, your purchase.

Please be aware of the following points, and call us if you are unsure of any details:
- As we hold stock of most items we are able to offer speedy delivery within a maximum of 10 working days. However, if you have an urgent requirement, such as next day delivery, please call us for details, we can often help.
- All our deliveries are made by a two-man teams and will be delivered to a nominated room, where physically possible. Package will be opened and boxes removed.
- VERY IMPORTANT: when the box is removed please inspect the product thoroughly before signing the delivery documentation. We cannot be held responsible if damage is found at a later stage so please take your time with inspection.
- All deliveries will be booked in with you beforehand. We can arrange a delivery dispatch day with you, however the day of delivery will be subject to the parcel carriers once the goods arrive at your location. Typically goods take an extra 5 working days from dispatch in the UK to arrival in Ireland.
- You will be required to be available to receive your delivery on the specified day.
- We try to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in perfect condition. However we know it is not a perfect world! It is our aim to keep you informed of any delays to minimise any inconvenience to you.
- Republic of Ireland, N.I. & UK Offshore Deliveries. We can now offer deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & UK Offshore addresses. Please contact us for further details.
- If a full installation service is required, delivery should take place within 17 days.
SIMPLE BED ASSEMBLY FOR THE RELAXER MODEL
1. Position legs onto the frame.
Simply add the legs by screwing them into the frame into the designed attachment.
On the double bed there are two central JUNCTION FEET which allows the two single beds to be combined to make a double.
IMPORTANT: The junction foot at the head-end must be positioned 30cm from the head of the frame so that it does not snag the movement of the head section from flat to upright.
2. Adding chrome foot and side mattress stoppers
The foot mattress stopper should be attached to the centre of the bottom of the bed. The chrome stopper is designed to friction-fit and a hammer will be required to attach onto the frame. Unlike many of our competitors models this will then remain fixed during the operation of the bed.
